Clearly don't want peoples business. Take your consignment elsewhere if you want to get top dollar. Experienced auctioneer here that would never use this company.

I highly recommend Gwynn and his team at Big Country Auction for any auction. Him and his team did my parents estate sale and did a fantastic job. We did not have to do anything. They sat everything up and organized it. It went so smooth for my Dad, we were very pleased with the work they did for us. Thank you Big Country Auction.

You may be wasting your time calling these people to do an auction for you. They were going to call and give me a date that day or the next morning. At this point it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard a sound out of them. Strange way to run a business.

I won’t be going to any more Big Country Auctions again. I knew when the auction started that it wasn’t on the level when the guy announced the workers would be bidding on the items too. There were about 6 or 8 people working to drive up the price on every item. I saw one supposedly bid 3 times without moving a muscle. If you run a fair auction I will attend but this worker bidding auction is deceitful and crooked.

Horribly unethical auction! Beware of being bid up when no one is bidding, some items (coins at the one I went to) were not announced and only the 4 or 5 huddled around the table had any idea what was up for bid, might want to ask who actually are the licensed/qualified auctioneers.
BEWARE!

Trying to respond to the owners reply to my review and it won’t let me. The issues I have are not with what was said at the beginning of the auction, it’s about how underhandedly the whole auction was handled. Also, I’ve tried to speak with the owner and my calls were not answered. My emails were answered first, but no full answers were given to my questions were given and then when I specifically asked for the auctioneer number for the owner who auctioned at the May 1 auction I was ghosted!

Pretty good auction company. I've been attending auctions here for some time. Auctioneer does a great job. Just know for certain the value of what you are bidding on and don't listen to the hype. Will continue to do business with them in the futute.
